Shipping
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Delivery takes 1 to 3 business days in the Netherlands and 3 to 7 business days elsewhere in the EU. Shipping costs, and any free shipping threshold, are shown at checkout.
Returns
You have 14 days from delivery to cancel your order. Email info@kaptein.cc with your order number, then send the item back within another 14 days. Return shipping is at your own cost. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect we cover the return, and you are entitled to repair, replacement or a refund. Refunds are issued within 14 days to your original payment method.
Warranty
New bikes and products carry the manufacturer's warranty. Repairs carried out in our workshop are covered for 3 months.
